BuddyPress.org

Not sure if this is the right place, but:

I’m looking for a way to enable group decision making in BuddyPress. I’d like questions or proposals to be posted within a group and answers or replies to have the ability to be voted for and commented on.

I’ve done some searching and not sure if such a plugin exists, but I’d be happy to contribute towards development of one that could do this.
