profile avatar overlapping menu on mobile, tablets and pc.

hello. im having a problem with the profile picture/avatar and the rating stars overlapping the menu. how can i fix this? ive tried searching and using google but nothing has worked. it makes it difficult to actually click anything on the menu especially in mobile.
