SEO plugins

I’m having some problems on my site. I use the All In One SEO Pack to optimize my sites for search engines.
But Somehow this plugin breaks down my sign up page giving me a php error. As being that my site is kinda live now for people to sign up to test it i had to disable the plugin. But it also *@#$’s up the SEO on my site.
– I Tried platinum seo pack too, it gave me same kind of problems.
– Seems only available solution is to pay some wpmudev site 50 bucks just so i can download another version of the plugin. I don’t want to do this.
Any advice anyone?
