Need Help: Admin bar shows BP logo on home page instead of site name

Hi folks – I’m wondering if one of you more experienced BP users can help me figure out why my admin bar shows the BP logo on my home page. All my other page types show my site name as they should but the home page is pulling in some deprecated CSS file for some reason where this logo image is specified.
/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-core/deprecated/css/admin-bar.css?ver=2.8.6
