Can’t install plugins- Error message showing up

  • Hi, I tried to install a few plugins that I feel will make my social network site fully functional but I get this error message

“Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/arewafac/public_html/wp-admin/includes/media.php on line 740”

    Whatever this means.

Can someone help me on this. I am a complete novice here and I am trying to take advantage of WYSIWYG features of blogging and Buddypress seems like one I can easily use. So far the site is coming up greatly but this challenge is preventing me from progressing. I need to launch the site pretty soon.

    My site is http://www.arewafaces.com.ng

    I will appreciate your help.

Wordpress has run out of memory!
This sort of thing was discussed here and here
Or ask your hosting provider if they can increase the memory available….
