How can or is there a plugin for the below:

Friends can see friends – family can see family – colleagues can see colleagues. Parse by relationships. Maybe something like checking a check box to define relationships. For instance, one person can be both a friend and a colleague.

@famous sorry, there are no plugins that does what you want at this time. You’d need to create one OR hire a developer to do so OR wait till someone releases this kind of plugin at the WP plugin repo.
