I’m seeking to move a Vbulletin forum & wordpress blog. I need a better solution.

Can I do the following with BuddyPress:

Integrate BuddyPress/ WordPress with a program that allows payment for membership levels?

Utilize BuddyPress Forum or Integrate another WordPress Friendly Forum.
(Need to import 100,000+ posts and 4,500 users from phpBB3.)

Your help is appreciated.

Yes. One that comes to mind is https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/s2member/ – it has a pro version as well.

At this point, I would recommend working on migrating your forums to bbPress before installing/activating BuddyPress, Big project as there’s no direct import script from vBulletin to bbPress 2.0 yet, more of vBulletin to phpBB to bbPress stand-alone then to bbPress 2.0 the WP plugin.
