BP Gallery Not Uploading Media

I installed BP Gallery and it was working fine. Now its not… Not sure if its a plug in conflict or what…But I can no longer upload any photos or other media.. I just get a message saying: “You have not uploaded anything yet, Upload Now. Upload”
