Buddypress Group Events

Hi there.
I’m running a BuddyPress site over at exploringfoodandwine.com. Its part of a WP multisite install.
I’m trying to enable members of groups to create events and add others to them, but am not quite sure how to do this currently. I was fairly sure it was part of BP’s capabilities, but I can’t see how to enable it.
