Hi Guy’s

I have installed Buddypress on the URL http://x109radio.com

It’s installed however anypage I try to get to for example in the buddypress menu i click on account – it will just take me to my homepage.

http://x109radio.com/members/admin/profile/public/

I’m assuming cause there is no directory called Members? Do i need to make this directory first?

Ok even when i create the directory ‘members’ it still doesent work.

You should not create a directory “members” in your server, delete it. What WP and BP versions are you using? Help us help you.

I am using the Latest WP and Latest BP. I only installed WP a week ago, & BP today.

@jamiewarren09 – that’s not specific enough. So WP 2.9.2 and BP 1.2.4.1 – stable versions of WP and BP. Did you delete that directory members you created already? So now deactivate all plugins including BP-dependent plugins and activate BuddyPress only and see how it goes.

I deleted the Members directory along time ago. even when all plugins for BP are disabled it still dont work. It just goes to error 404…

I’ve tried re installing BP too.

Is it something to do with my theme?

In admin , i went to the themes section i clicked on preview of the theme that comes with BP. and that loads the pages fine

But on my main theme it just diverts back to the home page.

is there a way to allow it to work with my theme.

I’ve installed the template wizard plugin thing from bp too.
