I know Buddypress can handle lets say, 1,000 users, but my question is…
How well would buddypress run with let’s say 30,000+ users?
If not? How much can buddypress actually handle?

it can handle quite a bit.

Scale isn’t just about volume of data. Assuming infinite hardware is available, anything can scale.
