Create a link to group post in GROUP page

Hi,
For my BP site, i’ll be creating certain posts linking to BuddyPress groups (I’ll use this http://bp-tricks.com/featured/buddypress-shortcodes-plugin/)
However, I want every group to include a link to its post. Anyone can suggest me a way to accomplish this? Thank you
