defining custom slugs not working – bp 1.5

    Following the tut here, and placing `define ( ‘BP_GROUPS_SLUG’, ‘gatherings’ );` in my `bp-customs.php`

    Nothing changes, I have tried most of the slugs mentioned in the tut and none seem to work? I know this method did work prior to 1.5 so is it maybe a bug or have they been deprecated?

    Also my bp-customs works because I have implemented a custom translation file.
