Forgot Password Link?

I’m not using the BuddyPress login bar at the top of my site, instead I have a login panel which users can login/ signup from.

Just wondering is there any code that I can use here that allows the user to click a ‘Forgot your password?’ link if they have forgotten their password?

On an unrelated note, I have another issue which I have been trying to post to the forum, but everytime I try and post it (in the same way as I have just posted this topic) it does not display here on the forum??

Can you only have one topic active at one time?

hand code in the forgot password link… like this:

    http://YOURSITE.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

that will take you to the “lost password” section of wp-login.php

Re: to an old thread… Where is the Widget login code so the above “lost password” link can be put in the sidebar? Probably a good idea for an ehancement… if the user logins wrong the first time the lostpassword link shows up in the sidebar… Meantime… does anyone know what file the sidebar login code is in?

Bump! I’m looking for the buddypress “lost password” link so I can manually put it in my template files.

@Pisanojm You can edit the file sidebar.php in the theme editor. Hope it helps!
