After upgrading to BP1.6.1 (BP1.6 as well), nothing will happen after clicking ‘Friend Request’. When I deactivate the Jetpack plugin, the feature will resume.

How can I solve the problem? Thanks!

No, we don’t use Jetpack in our installations since we only needed some features which were already filled by other solutions.

Just a thought, have you tried deactivating plugins except BuddyPress and JetPack to check if it was a conflict with another plugin?
