Hide BP Component for Non-Logged in users

I want to hide all BP components(Activity, Members, Group, Forum, Blog,etc.) menu items from non logged in users ..
and only want to show these item to loggedin user ?
I donot want to use any plugin !
What should be done ?

Create a child theme and add header.php into it. Then wrap the BP components including bp_nav_items in conditional tag https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/is_user_logged_in
