I’m the main admin of my site. I gave another user admin but now, I can’t see where to remove those privileges to return him to a normal user.

1. If I login to my own account under Network Admin>>Users, I see his name listed.
2. I click EDIT to edit his info.
3. There I am NOT presented with any options to remove his admin privileges. All I see is something about SHOW ADMIN BAR.

Am I doing something wrong? WordPress used to have a simple dropdown for each designated role.
