this forum is enormous and I’m sure I’m not getting a reply to my question (about hacking the members tab) because it’s been answered elsewhere.
But every time I search for this (or other questions that I have) all I get is the latest blog posts.
Is there some other way to search the forum that is not so obvious, so that I can find the answer I’m looking for?

The search being broken is pretty annoying, and we’re aware of this. Until we can get it fixed, you’ll need to do a google site: query, like @aces suggests.
