This is something you should ask theme author yoothemes.com as they should give support for their themes which are supposed to be compatible with BuddyPress.

@jtny10 – from first glance at your source code, i see
    1. your using the bp template pack.
    2. the ‘links’ on the right are a sidebar. :)

You should be able to remove it (on the page linked above) by removing the sidebar template code from /members/single…. ummm… minds gone blank, cant remember if it’s called in a home.php or a index.php file.

When you say ‘alignment’ what do you mean exactly? on my chrome browser it looks aligned nicely (apart from the buddybar cutting off which can be fixed easily via css)

Good spot @emily-g, I missed the bp-template-pack reference in source view :-)

Create a new blank file which must be named sidebar-buddypress.php and save it to the root of your yootheme folder in server.

@emily-g I was able to remove the links but im still having an issue wit the buddypress bar being cut off to the right.. I tried to adjust with CSS but no luck.. Could it be the template pack?

    Any help is appreciated..
