I am trying to make a site (like a xanga style) where registered members have their own profile which is blog style and they can post entries with pictures. I want all the members to be able to see other member’s blogs easily as well. Is there a way I could do this? I’ve been playing around with a lot of bp themes but almost all of them just allow the members to do “status updates” and doesn’t allow members to have their own blog.

First, you need to create a network, i.e., make your WP into a multisite installation. If you need assistance in creating a network, log in and post at https://wordpress.org/support/forum/multisite
