I would like to allow the possibility to have 1, 2 or 3 avatars for a users. Do you how can I do that ?

You’d pretty much have to create a plugin that will allow your user/s to have up to 3 avatars each. Are you trying to provide a means for user/s to have different avatars respectively for membership in groups, forums, and in activity?

I just want to allow people to have 2 or 3 avatars in their profile.

@matiou34 as mentioned above, it’s going to be the plugin route – you’d have to create one or hire someone to do it.
