Link to a specific tab in Members profile

I’ve just installed ‘Invite Anyone’ on my Buddypress site, and I’d love to promote the Invite functionality in the sidebar. The goal would be to have a banner that would link to the appropriate tab within the currently active User’s profile.

Does anyone know what that link would look like?
