I have navigation links on the header of my website (e.g. Main, Register, Login, etc.). When a user accesses the site but is not logged in, there is a “Login” hyperlink in the navigation. This is fine. However, how do I make it so that when the user logs in to his account, the “Login” hyperlink in the navigation is replaced with a “Log out” hyperlink?

FYI – Not sure if this is relevant, but I currently have BuddyPress set up so that dashboard access and the gray admin bar is disabled for all non-admin users.
