Has anyone had luck installing Buddypress on an IIS server?

If so can you help with my install? Tried three times no luck.
I have a complete and working install of wordpress on the same site and would like to put buddypress on a sub directory with its own wp install and database.

BuddyPress works fine on IIS. In fact, one of the lead developers use a Windows/IIS setup. What version of IIS are you using and what problems do you get stuck on?

I’ve installed it twice and when I try to go to the links I get error 404.

Wp 3.0.1
Server: Microsoft-IIS/6.0
MYSQL v5.0.83-community-log
PHP v5.2.9-2
Location www.***.com/SN
All directories -read – write – exec
No luck

To make the problem stop on IE8
Go to
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > uncheck “Show Friendly HTTP error messages”
Then then group creation works fine.
