Hi

I just created a new site with Buddypress: http://myspace.thequixoticbrain.com. I do not see any link for new user registration. Kindly let me know how to get a link there for new users to get registered on my site.

Did you turn on registrations? Under Settings in the admin area.

go -> wp-admin – Settings – General – Membership -> Anyone can register (ON).

Also, are you expecting to see a nav menu option for Register? I don’t think you’ll get one by default, but the Login page should have a link to the Register page.

if you go to yoursite.com/register/ you should see it. if not, your registrations are OFF.

Hi,
When I click the “Sign Up Here” link for users to register I receive a 404 error, “The requested URL /register was not found on this server.”

I’ve followed the above instructions, “wp-admin – Settings – General – Membership -> Anyone can register (ON)” and they were off so I’ve set them so anyone can register but I still receive the same error.

Any help?

hello after registration you must active your account
to active you will get an email with active link
