Password missing on Uninstall

Set up BuddyPress few days ago (love it!) great job guys.. but my client didnt want it so today I have uninstalled, removed all the template files and dropped the db tables but now when i go to sign in on the original wp registration, i get my email address and username but no password- i understand that will bp that there is no need for the password but now I need it without bp installed- anyone know how to get this back? Many thanks.
