Hello, my site is powered with buddypress and multisite enable.

I only want certain plugins to be available across my blog network.

How can i do that?

I search and tried this link http://wpmu.org/wpmu-plugin-manager/, but not succeed! i don’t find this plugin.

Apparently, the link no longer exists on WPMUDev; the developer of the plugin says the next release will be available on wordpress.org/extend/plugins/.
