I am the admin and was able to create four forum topics without a problem. Now suddenly I cannot create a forum topic. I’ve tried in different groups and keep getting the same error “There was an error when creating the topic” i have no installed any new plugins or changed anything on my site so I have no idea how this happened. I have a test user and under that name I can create a topic with ease. This has been driving my crazy all day. Any suggestions

UPDATE: NOI cant create forum topics at all even signed in under a new user. I hope this is something simple that I’m missing
