After entering information and hitting submit on my register page
http://builtbykids.com/beta/register/

I see the browse load and there is some completed action but nothing on the page changes. WordPress/Buddypress doesn’t take users to a “Congratulations you’re registered” page. I have seen this page before so I know it exists but its not functioning anymore.

I’ve disable a lot of my plugins to try to track this down but still no luck.

Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix in the settings?
