I’d like to create a private buddypress community. Is there a plugin that makes my website private to non-members but redirect non-members to a login page? I’m using BuddyPress Privacy Component plugin, but I can redirect non-members to a particular page where it can ask for the login.

Just use Buddypress Groups, and don’t put any content on the site outside of the private groups.
