ISO: Plugin for Text & Post Formatting Toolbar in Groups/Forums, BBCode Preferred

The BP site I’m developing for a certain niche of people will be competing against several other sites that run on vBulletin. My target audience is in no way html savy, but they’re used to BBCode & having a tool bar to input the formatting code for them. I don’t need WYSIWYG, but it definitely needs to allow them to use BBCode. This certain mod isn’t going to cut it, has anyone converted it to BBCode? Or is there a better version of TinyMCE floating around somewhere? There most definitely has to be a button for inserting images… ie [img]
