    Wow – this is almost exactly what I was looking for. Thanks! I will have my CTO look at this. I assume this works with WP 3.1.1 and BP 1.2.8?

    @pcwriter I’m actually talking about on the back end – when you’re logged in as admin

    We’ve actually just gone through a major site redesign that also provides custom features only for people who are logged in

    I think this would be a great idea.

    Not sure – The activity stream does work….it’s just that I can’t delete things from it.

    The theme appears to have been built from thematic 0.9.6.2 – i know there’s an upgrade available, but I can’t imagine what would have been hacked to remove that functionality from the activity stream….

    I updated from WPMU 2.9.2 and BP 1.2.3

    Most users don’t seem to have the issue, but having seen it on one, I am concerned that it could be happening to others….but I can’t check the several hundred users individually – although a quick glance of a few dozen shows it’s only on this one person. How strange. What more information can I offer you? We’re running WPMU 2.9.2 and BP 1.2.3 – we’re going through a major upgrade where we will go to 3.0.1 and 1.2.5

    Cheers

    The theme hasn’t changed in months, but the person’s activity does not seem to appear on the sitewide stream. No privacy plugins – or blockage of engines. Dumb question- how do you make your activity private?

    Cheers

    What calendar plugin are you using?

    @apwinthrop

    Participant

    Not quite – but cool. I’m thinking directly linking to the forums http://etivite.com/forums/

    I guess you have a beef with plugins like Tweetstream? Why do you think it’s not worth it? I think it’s a great way of connecting disparate social networks.

    Peter – Any idea when you’ll be making available an updated version of Tweetstream? I had to turn my installation off b/c of the errors it was causing on my site. :-(

    @apwinthrop

    Participant

    how do you do that?

    @apwinthrop

    Participant

    I don’t even use the default site wide activity stream – I’m talking about directly in the groups.and they still use that instead. Too bad there’s not an option or plug in to stop the stream on groups.

    Me too….seeiing how I donated for it ;-)

    @apwinthrop

    Agreed – I have donated as well. Also, would encourage any developers to help him squash bugs. If I could, I certainly would.

    Another issue – I replied to a group discussion, and enabled the send to Twitter and the posting failed. If I uncheck “To Twitter,” it works fine.

    @apwinthrop

    same here BP 1.2.3 and WPMU 2.9.2

    @apwinthrop

    Peter – Can you give us an estimate as to when you’ll be able to update the plugin? We’re all dying to see the improvements!

    @apwinthrop

    Participant

    The plugin does have some issues (as can be seen in this thread) and Peter has not had the time recently to fix the issues.
