after user register system send mail tell him his account is active and this mail have link all i need when user click the link go to site and open his profile with out write username or password

if any member click one of them increase number to win but any member one of them like if he click in “Team Work” one time he can’t click again

Do you have any plugin can help me to do this point??????????

My problem is solved by deactivate buddypress like plugin then mention working fine.
