I had this PageLines plugin enabled that caused the whole thing! All fixed!
Oh and #.URZ6pmf_34E is for a plugin called addthis that tries to see of the URL is shared.

@mercime I have changed the .htaccess. index.php? I will take a look at your links but the way you are explaining is nonsense.

I will restart BuddyPress and see what happens.
