I am a 68 years old South Indian Christian and the present Executive Director of “Bethel Evangelistic And Rehabilitation Centre. I am married to my loving wife Molly since 19th/Feb.1979. We are parents to 5 kids; out of which 2 were promoted to Glory, leaving three wonderful daughters, married and giving us the joy of having four grandkids.

Bethel is a 30 year old, registered, tax- exempted, accountability oriented, WITH an FCRA – license to receive foreign donation for development projects Bethel undertakes. Our objective is to serve humanity; irrespective of one’s creed, colour or community attachment and provide a holistic, total and a sustainable development. We are based in a small village known as Elathagiri, in Krishnagiri -Dist, of Tamilnadu state of India. Except hand counted paid staff, all the executive board members are volunteers.

Our policy of finance is a ‘Total Dependent on the Living God”. Where He leads, there He Provides. There are innumerable promises in God’s word and we Pray and Ask Him and He provides our needs through vessels of His choice. Those who trust the LORD JESUS, trust us and donate small funds to serve the people. In such a times as this where people use so many techniques, manpower, and media, we do not have any of these but to “Knock the doors of Heaven”.

1. We provide widows to find a sustainable income to maintain their families. And to sustain each widow, we
need, 1000 $, to provide a Cow,-it’s shed and feeding and grass for a month. We are trying to help 10
widows. Some will have a coffee shop with breakfast and snacks. Some will have a vegetable shop and
the other may have a Fruit shop,
2. We care and provide, dress, warm blankets, food, medical care, and spiritual support Bethel wants to help
100 such individuals- men and women- who are in their own homes but live under miserable conditions.
Each need 20% a month and totally EVERY MONTH we need $.2,000
3. We screen and select poorest students from villages, who are extremely poor and pay their annual school
fees. The Annual fee in “English Medium” varies according to their classes. Ten students will benefit
through this project. EVERY STUDENT WILL BE PROVIDED A MAXIMUM OF 600 $.

Apart from this, Bethel is a “Church Planting Ministry”; by simply obeying LORD JESUS’ GREAT COMMISSION. (1) Outreach Ministries, (2) Free Bible Distribution. (3) Church Ministries, (4) Prayer Ministry (5) Ministry to children and young people. (7) Training of indigenous Pastors and supporting them, (8) providing church buildings and ministry tools. (9) Church revival etc……

I appeal to all Christian brothers and sisters to Pray for us from the bottom of your heart. Spread the word and tell your friends and community of a trustworthy ministry in India.
