The database is not in UTF-8 format. You need to fix that.

Does it work with the new versions of BuddyPress? I installed it and tried to go to the admin page but it did not work. I tried to open “wp-admin/bp_profile_real_names” but I got a message saying this page does not exist.

No. The group forums are not activated. The groups do not have any forum.

I have a BuddyPress website in Persian. The RSS feeds show the text generated by BuddyPress and the theme (bp-social) correctly but any post, message, or comment submitted by the users is gibberish. The RSS can be seen here: http://partoschool.org/activity/feed/

My question is that what causes it and how I can fix that?
