The code is working fine. But, now the website is showing this strange behavior. Whenever I try to go to something like, example.com/username/profile or /notifications etc.
It gets me back to, example.com/username
And if I remove the code the error goes away.
Any ideas why is that happening?
Thanks
That did not redirected anywhere.
Because on my website the usernames are on the root. That is —> example.com/username.
I removed. '/members/'from the code. So, the final code was –function my_redirect() { if ( is_page( 'me' ) && is_user_logged_in() ) { $user = get_userdata( get_current_user_id() ); bp_core_redirect( home_url() . $user->user_login ); } }But it took me to the /wp-admin/. Is there something wrong that I am doing?
Thanks
It is a page.
It could be a blank WordPress page with title, “Redirecting…”

In reply to: Comment NotificationsHi
This might help you – Buddypress Activity Comment Notifier
In reply to: "Show All [X] Comments" link not working.Anyways, I am no more interested in the solution. I found an alternate.
Thanks for your support
I figured it out, anyways.
The problem is solved now! 😀
Alternatively, I am also interested in “Show/Hide Comments” and I found the following code for that : –
add_action( 'wp_footer', 'add_comment_hide_show' ); function add_comment_hide_show() { ?> <style> .single-group .activity-comments ul{display: none;} </style> <script type="text/javascript"> jQuery(function($) { setInterval(function() { $('.activity-meta').each(function() { if( !$(this).find('.show-comments').length ){ var html = '<a href="#" class="button bp-primary-action show-comments">Show/Hide Comments</a>'; $(this).find('.button.acomment-reply').after(html); } }); }, 500); $('body').on('click', '.show-comments', function(e) { e.preventDefault(); var obj = $(this).closest('.activity-content').next('.activity-comments').find('ul'); obj.slideToggle(); return false; }); }); </script> <?php }And it is working good when I add it to functions.php but the problem is that by default it shows all the comments and it hides the comments when we click on the “Show/Hide Comments” button. Can anybody edit it so that by default it hides the comments and when we click on the button then it shows the comments.
Thanks.
In reply to: "Show All [X] Comments" link not working.Hi @danbp
I just figured out that it is not because of my tweaks in the theme but it is because of the theme. Maybe the theme’s CSS is already buggy.
Any ideas on what should I edit to get this problem fixed?
Thanks
