@johnjamesjacoby Hi, John! I’m eager to start integrating BuddyPress into some upcoming sites, but am stopped cold by its incompatibility with WP 3.1a.

I hope that can be fixed sooner rather than later – any chance? *crosses fingers*

Did you ever get any response about buddypress compatibility with WP3.0+ ?

I’m in the same boat as you. I’d like to use buddypress for a couple of upcoming projects but I wont be doing so till it is compatible with WP 3.0+

  Just to be clear, my question was about BP compatibility with the bleeding-edge 3.1 alpha, not the current stable 3.0.x release. I believe the current BP works on WP 3.0.

Ok I was unclear on that. I try to keep my stuff up to the latest version of WP and it looks like the extra features of BP 1.3 will be worth the wait. I was really looking at what the ETA for BP 1.3 is likely to be. Maybe a nice new year present 🙂
