| WordPress Origin Story | I started building websites with HTML and CSS for scatch. Everything was custom coded. I included WordPress to HTML websites as a method to insert a blog that allowed my customers to create their own blog posts. As WordPress matured and became a content management system (CMS), I switch to WordPress as a website infrastructure to build websites with greater capabilities and maintainability at a lower cost. As WordPress continues to grow the focus becomes more on publishing content that achieves goals of both the user and the business. |
