Hello,

I am starting a new project and like to use buddypress. Now normally i install WordPress in a separate directory (say mydomain.com/wordpress/). But in the past i read buddypress doesn’t like it when wordpress is installed in a separate directory is this still the case?

Shouldn’t it point to /members/?upage=2

Ah ok, it seems you get redirect if you are already loggedin (found: https://buddypress.org/support/topic/no-register-page-2/)

OK i just needed to create a new page with the “slug” i wanted and use buddpress settings>>pages and select the newly created page.

Hope this is the right way

Hi,

I tried installing + activating BP but it didn’t work (some memory issue), so i deleted the buddy press folder. but now i can’t reach mydomain.com/wp-admin!!! It just loops wp-login.php

What should i do?? any references in the database i should delete???
