You’ll have to add the links to your header.php nav menu; compare it to the BP-default theme’s header.php. Future versions of BuddyPress, i.e. version 1.3 onwards, should remove this step.

Whilst I don’t know exactly what you want to do, you could consider using the bp_has_members() template loop?

Group admins can choose to enable/disable the group’s Forum via the admin settings page on that Group.

@erich73 You’ll have to hack the core; return false from the bp_activity_can_comment() function. If you could post this as an enhancement ticket to add a filter, that would be great 🙂

The only people who can police Group creation or remove groups is Andy Peatling and John James Jacoby.
