  Thanks @el_terko . I just found a couple of plugins doing that. It is not bad to use the code, but when people take your code as their own, it makes me feel a little bit bad. At least a proper credit we deserve.

Do not worry, I don’t understand it either. To have standalone forums, you have to mess with a standalone bbP installation, which I think will be less integrated than the default groups+forums setup. I am not sure, but with previous BP versions you could have standalone forums AND group forums, visualized all together. How I […]

@Anthony why don’t you check if “allow new registrations” is enabled at “options” under “site admin” in your wordpress backend ? Read the same question today and provided the same answer, let’s hope it is the same problem !
