About Me	Barishal WordPress Meetup’s Lead Organizer. WordPress aficionado and supporter of open source software. I also help with website design, development, and testing! I enjoy giving back to the WordPress community and am always eager to meet new people and see how I can assist them in achieving their goals. I enjoy playing football, traveling, riding my bike, and attending Meetup/WordCamps when I’m not online or working on WordPress. I learned web development and worked with them locally for the past few years. Prior to web programming, I was predominantly associated with Electric Media, primarily on Channeli, Priyo, & Bhorer Kagoj, as well as volunteer work with NGOs.

WordPress Origin Story	– Fall in love with WordPress.com: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/users/wpfahim – 2008, I installed my first blog using WordPress. – 2010, I switched from Joomla to WordPress permanently. – 2011 start a freelance career with WordPress. – 2012 – 2016 move to Electric Media. – 2016 attending WordPress meetups. – 2017 was my first “Contribution” in the WordPress community. – 2018, attending WordCamp, published my first plugin on WordPress.org. – 2019 attending WordCamp and become WordPress Meetups Organizer and Theme Reviewer. – 2020 becomes a Core Contributor, Hosting Contributor, and, Support Contributor. – 2021 Yoast Care Fund (https://yoast.com/community/care-fund/recipients/fahim-murshed/)! – 2021 Contributed on WordPress Photos. – 2022 Contributed on WordPress Patterns. – 2023 Speaking at WordCamp Sylhet.
