| WordPress Origin Story | I love creating beautiful, powerful websites with WordPress. I am an active member in the WordPress community, particularly on Facebook. I attended the first two WordCamp US conferences and plan to attend again. I started using WordPress on one of my fan sites. I immediately was blown away by the ease of use, powerful tools, and SEO results. I had a plugin developed for fanfiction and online writing communities. It was a patchwork of development by 3 developers over 4 years. We started fresh with WP WriteShare and learned from our first efforts. WriteShare is flexible and lightweight. We think it will expand WordPress writing communities far beyond blogging. |
