“me” needs to be dynamically generated in the url for the current logged-in user. I don’t want to hard-code each link. Make sense?

I want to add some shortcut menu links to various profile, member, group areas that are designated by the current user. How can I pass current_user in the path? From what I’ve read, WP doesn’t support shortcodes in url’s.
