The file should be in the root of the wordpress installation

Go into your host files, and go to /groups/single/forum/topic.php and remove:

Do same thing for edit.php.

it would probably require some heavy data collecting if you want it to be just that specific group. Especially if you have a-lot of mods or admins

office collegues

into groups and have all those category of members join the group.
