bbPress-related questions should be posted on the bbPress support forums. Try opening a new topic over there so those guys can help with the problem you’re having.

It probably isn’t a good idea to remove some of these JavaScript files because you’d lose functionality and maybe even break stuff. The alternative to removing the files would be to move them to your website’s footer so they execute after your page content.
