I’ve just uploaded a new version (1.2.1) on WordPress plugins directory that fixes the trouble.

Hi @vimal,
This is really weird. I’ve just checked by uninstalling (and removing bp-code-snippets tables in DB and the options in wp_options) and reinstalling on your config (which is mine also) and no problem at all !
If these 2 screens become white then you should fing the reason why in your php error log file.
