Sounds good. Hope it won’t take long to get WPMU 2.7.1

But when I test buddpress in Chinese version, I found there are many words are cored in English, not in language file. Will this issue be considered before release V1?

This is actually not a problem. There is a famous plugin in wpmu which will allow users to input password when register:
