5 stars This plugin does pretty much what I want, but has two major flaws:

1) The blogs that users create when they register remain when you “Deny” or “Ban” them
2) It lags a lot and is quite ugly. (The lagging part is because of the useless IP geolocation feature.)

Where can I send patches?

Yeah, @t.sjogren has been in contact with me already. I have no time to work on anything BuddyPress-related – or for that matter, barely anything web-related at all – at the moment, so I’m glad that someone else picks up the ball.
